Serves: 2/3 cup
1/2 cup raw tahini
1 tsp. black pepper
juice from 1 lemon
3 tbsp. water or your choice plain non-dairy milk to make it creamier
pinch of pink or sea salt
1. Add the ingredients in the order listed to your food processor
2. Process for about 30 seconds until everything is completely blended and nice and creamy.
3. Store in the fridge for about a week.
