Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1 cup Capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 cup Pumpkin cut into cubes
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 teaspoon Coconut Ammino
- 1 teaspoon asafetida
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoon water
- salt
- 3 teaspoon psyllium
Instructions:
1. Soaked cashews for 4 hours, rinse and wash

3. Add the psyllium and blend for a flew moment
4. Put the mixture into a bowl and let rest for 10 minutes, till the psyllium form the mucilage
5. Pour two cups of the mixture on a sheet tray of the dehydrator. Uniform with a spatula
6. With a Knife divided into 9 squares (3x3 cm).
Repeat with the remaining dough
7.Put 10 hours in the dryer at 105 ° F
