
Raw Granola
Ingredients:
- 4 cups nuts and seeds of your choice
- 1/4 cup chia soaked in 2 cups water for 2 hours
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- Choice you sweetener: agave, date paste, coconut nectar, stevia
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, process only the soaked nuts and seeds in large chunks
2. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and stir with your hands to incorporate everything very well
3. Spread on the dehydrator trays for 24 hours at 115 F
4. Serve with nut milk and fresh fruit and sprouts
