Om Burgers

 

SERVES  6

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes

1 cup red bell pepper

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

2 teaspoons asafetida

1/8 cup basil

1/8 cup fennel

2 teaspoons ground flax seed

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin seed

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes until soft, about half hour.

2. Grind the flax seed into flour.

3. Process all the ingredients together until they resemble ground meat.

4. Shape meat into about six patties.

Dehydrate for one hour at 165°F then about 3 hours at 115°F, or until the burgers are firm

5. Serve with rainbow salad, avocado slides, Clover Sprouts and Tahini Dressing
