Green Peas Hummus


  • 2 cups raw Green Peas

  • 1/2 cup mint

  • 2 Tablespoons/30ml extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil

  • 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice 

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Bring 3 inches of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add peas, and cook until just tender (about 2 minutes); drain and cool slightly. In a food processor, combine cooked peas, olive oil, and mint leaves; purée until chunky-smooth. Add a pinch of kosher salt.
