Raw Zucchini Chocolate Bread

Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond Flour

  • 1 cup coconut Flour

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1/2 cup Nut milk

  • 2 tablespoons Mesquite

  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 3 TBSP cacao powder

  • 2 TBSP coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

  • pinch of sea salt

Chocolate Cream

​Ingredients:

  • 1 Medjool dates, pitted 

  • pinch of vanilla powder

  • 2 TBSP coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup cashews soaked 

  • 1/4 cup water

  • pinch of sea salt

  • Toppings: cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for the bread in a food processor and blitz until you get a creamy dough consistency. 

  2. Scoop out the mix on the dehydrator tray and shape the bread.

  3. Allow the bread to dehydrate  at 110 degree for 5 or 6 hours.

  4. To make the Chocolate cream, Blend all the ingredients and spread on the bread. Set the bread in the fridge for 3 or 4 days.
