
Raw Cheese Wrap
Yield: 8 mini Wraps
Ingredients:
- 8 pieces of Sliced Cheese
- 1/2 cup Beets Beans Hummus
- 1/2 cup clover sprouts
- Vegetable as you like (1/2 carrot, 1/2 Zucchini cut into julienne)
Instructions:
1. Dispose 8 pieces of cheese on the worktop
2. Spread with a spatula two tablespoons of hummus beans beets. Add clover sprouts, carrots and zucchini
3. Roll up and close the rolls sticking some toothpicks
