Cashews Bechamel Sauce
Yield: about 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cashews soaked for 2 hours

1 cup water

1 Teaspoon asafetida

1Teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated

salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Place soaked cashews in the bowl of a blender with the all the other ingredients. Puree until very, very smooth.
