Cucumber Almond Seaweed Pate

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients:

- 1 cup almonds, soaked

- 1/3 cup water

- 1 1/2 cup carrot, chopped

- 1 cup celery, chooped

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 sheet nori

- 2 tablespoons dulse flakes

- salt to taste

- 1 handful each fresh dill, chives, and parsley (or 1 teaspoon each dry herbs)

Instructions:

- Process almonds into small pieces

- Add carrot and water and process till smooth

- Add the rest of the ingredients, except the herbs, and blend till well mixed

- Add the herbs and process for a flew seconds

Place on the cucumber slides.
